Long time delay of collection, lost parcels but not help find the parcels

My clients like to order UPS delivery via Parcelhero. It happens many times that the parcels never be collected on time and now even 2 weeks past without collection. Another thing that is annoying me( as a shipper) and my client now is that the parcels were collected and didn't show any updates from tracking. Nobody knows where the parcels are now. The Parcelhero didn't help investigate the case positively. I would never recommend using parcelhero service even if they may offer cheaper prices. They are not trustful.

I rarely leave negative reviews. But this company Parcelhero is providing very poor service......

This parcel is worth 5K...... I am trying my best to chase Parcelhero to figure out where the parcels are.

I have never known a company like this. It’s all for money making with no regard for customer’s feelings. Inhuman, cruel and cold staff.

I am seething and crying with anger. It just cost me over £400 and they lost my parcel on top of that. Staff are so good at fibbing off customers. Customers are treated like animals, they are so insensitive. They just took large amount of money without an explanation beforehand. It was shocking. Every time I hear Parcel Hero, it makes me want to vomit. I hate them. Trying to claim money back for lost item is just falling on deaf ears. Parcel Hero is bad news.

Driver never arrived for collection and no way to connect with the customer care. Called DPD directly and they mentioned that parcel hero shared partial address with them.Now trying to reach parcel hero and no way to contact them.This was a very urgent parcel and they messed up it.

PareclHero's agents, Fed Ex failed to collect my parcel for at least 2 day then charged me £6 for the pleasure of cancelling. They screw up and I am out of pocket.

Paid for parcel to be delivered. Given wrong drop off location, now I cant even speak with anyone to get a refund or advised what to do. £30 gone. Terrible company, no customer service. Not even responding to emails. How can a company like this be allowed to trade?

I placed a order to send a parcel to Australia but never got any paperwork so cancelled I was charged £6.00 to cancel and was refunded £113.49 I am still owed £119.49 x 2 which is a refund of £238.98 I have tried to call but no numbers work
